Computer Recycling Limited are licensed with the environment agency for the collection and treatment of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment or WEEE for short .

This covers IT Equipment and computer accessories as well as TV’s, Games Consoles and general waste electrical equipment as found in homes and businesses.

With UK wide collection we will be able to assist you with the secure disposal and destruction of your unwanted equipment when the time comes to replace it.

Our vehicles are tracked using smart technology giving us a exact location of each of our vehicles in real time.

Over the past 20 years we have recycled more than 1Million computers saving these from ending up in landfill, by doing so we have also enabled the materials to be recycled and thus in a small way helping the environment. The process of recycling allows for the materials to be reused which means that they do not have to be mined in order to keep up with the supply and demand for new technology.

Computers are manufactured from plastic, Steel, iron Aluminium, Copper and tin but they also contain  precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum, palladium, mercury. By recycling these materials we are lowering the amount which is required to keep up with current technology demands.

Computers, Servers,  Laptops,  Monitors, Printers,Plotters, Switches  Routers, Hubs,  Tablets,  UPS’s, Keyboards & Mice, Cables, Batteries, Telephones, Mobile Phones,  Backup devices & Cabinets

All of the above items contain materials which can and should be recycled as outlined in the WEEE Regulation.

Once we have collected your redundant equipment a full asset listing is produced and all items from that point onwards can be tracked to final destination

REUSE is the best form of recycling and where possible we will endeavour to reuse items which still have a useable life.

REDUNDANT and OBSOLETE equipment or equipment which is beyond economical repair will be dismantled and all materials

recycled using registered Environment Agency refiners.
